Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes

I wanted to introduce one of my favorite childhood memories to my daughter. She had no clue who "Strawberry Shortcake" was so it was my motherly duty to teach her a thing or two!! So Saturday morning around 7am Ziggy walks into my bedroom like clock work and made her breakfast request.

For this breakfast I used:

Bisquick Pancake Mix

Whipped Creme

Fresh Strawberries

Marshmallows

Chocolate Chips

Basically I made one large circle pancake...slicing up a few strawberries for the hair...then I took one large marshmallows and sliced that in halve using my hands to make them into a oval shape for eyes. Topping them off with chocolate chips. Very easy and the kid loved it!!!!
